APPLICATION PROCESS
Γ Submit Membership Application along with ALL required documents.
Γ Application Receipt/Processing verification should be received by email within 7 days.
Γ Director of Membership will review your application and schedule an interview to determine eligibility to continue in the intake process.
Γ If approved to proceed, you will receive further instructions via e-mail from our Director of Membership authorizing you to pay the NON- REFUNDABLE initiation fee and next steps.

Γ Complete Membership Application
Γ Proof of Military Service:

ACTIVE DUTY APPLICANTS : Please Submit an Active Duty Character Reference Letter and one of the following:

Photo Copy of Current Driver’s License or

Military Orders

HONORABLY DISCHARGED APPLICANTS : Please submit a Character Reference Letter, photo copy of your drivers license and one of the following as proof of your prior military service:

DD214 /NGB22 (Redact/Darken your SSN/Benefits Number Before Submitting)

Military Discharge Certificate

Γ Signed Hazing and Privacy Policy

Copies of any paper work submitted with the application (DD214, copies, etc.) will not be returned.
